Roblox Configuration

In this page, you will learn how to setup the Roblox Features.

This guide will walk you through setting up roles and binds for your Roblox group in your Discord server. It includes information on how to use various commands related to Roblox configuration and management.

Setting Up Roles and Binds

Setting up roles and binds ensures that your Roblox group roles are properly linked with Discord roles, allowing for synchronized role management and group interactions.

Command: /setup_group_roles

The /setup_group_roles command creates roles in your Discord server based on the roles in your Roblox group.

Example usage:

/setup_group_roles

This command will fetch all the roles from your Roblox group and create corresponding roles in your Discord server.

Command: /bind

The /bind command is used to link a Roblox role to a Discord role.

  • discord_role: The Discord role you want to link.

  • roblox_role_name: The name of the Roblox role you want to link.

Example usage:

/bind discord_role:@Ranking roblox_role_name:Management

This command will bind the specified Discord role to the Roblox role. If run again with the same inputs, it will remove the bind.

Command: /viewbinds

The /viewbinds command displays the current binds between Roblox roles and Discord roles.

Example usage:

/viewbinds

This command will list all the existing binds of your server.

Important Notes

  • Permissions: Ensure that the roles provided during setup have the necessary permissions within the Discord server and Roblox group. This includes permissions related to managing members, roles, channels, and any other actions required by Panora.

  • Confidentiality: The Roblox account cookie is sensitive information that should be kept confidential. Sharing it with others could potentially compromise the security of your Roblox account. Panora's team does not have access to any information inputted into the bot, including your Roblox account cookie.

  • Editing Settings: If you need to make changes to your setup, use the /settings command or dashboard to update your configuration. If using the dashboard, make sure to hit Save at the bottom!

By following this guide, you can effectively manage roles and binds between your Roblox group and Discord server, ensuring a seamless and integrated experience for your members.
